Your portfolio will steer the interview conversation and should demonstrate your talent and potential as a student for the BFA Theatre Technology program.
The best way to put together a portfolio is to select 10 to 20 pieces from your work which demonstrate the strength, depth, and range of your theatrical abilities and exposure. The selection of pieces in you portfolio tell us a great deal about you, so thoughtfully and carefully choose those pieces you think best show your talent and potential for further development in your chosen major.
Theatre Technology applicants should present materials which support the experience listed in their resume. If you have technical drawings or draftings, present them along with pictorial representation of the executed drawings. Beginning technicians who do not have a portfolio of drawings/draftings may use slides, photographs, or their resume to show the work they have done and the theatrical experience they have.
