The application process begins in the fall of the year before you would enroll, and the application typically opens in late August. All required application materials must be received by the application deadline in order for you to be considered for admission. Decisions are released in late March/early April, and students are asked to respond to the offer of admission by the date listed in their admissions decision letter.
Theatre School applicants begin by completing DePaul University's graduate, degree-seeking application online. Please be aware that we admit students for fall entrance only, and listing any other entry term will result in Theatre School programs failing to appear as program options on the online application. Once you submit your online application and pay the application fee, you can log back into the application portal to check the status of your application materials.
