Tyler Dean Kempf is a queer storyteller, comedy writer, and Creative Director at Second City Works, where he leads transformative branded entertainment for Fortune 500 companies, develops innovative talent development programs focused on applied improvisation, and produces original digital content. An accomplished writer and director, Tyler's work has been recognized as a finalist for the Playwright’s Center Jerome Fellowship, the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, and the Screencraft Comedy Screenplay Contest. Through his production company, Lucy Cooper Productions, he created original content for comedians, corporate clients, and performers. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing for Stage & Screen from Lesley University and a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with certifications from The Second City Training Center.
