Jessie Gowens

Jessie Gowens received her undergraduate degrees in Costume Design and Technology as well as Psychological Sciences from Northern Arizona University.  After graduating Jessie packed up and moved to Chicago to seek more theatrical opportunities.  She then began running wardrobe for theatres such as TimeLine, Mercury Chicago, Firebrand, Crooked Figure, and Passage.  Jessie has also worked as a designer with Flying Elephant Productions for their performance of Defacing Michael Jackson and Passage Theatre for their production of The Bronner Play.  ​In between productions Jessie tends to pick up custom costume commissions, her favorite being a replica of Edmund Dante’s Robe for a wedding ceremony.
