​Sammi Grant (she/her/hers) is a blind voice/speech teacher and dialect/vocal coach. Previously, Sammi taught at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music CCM. She also teaches voice/speech for Access Acting Academy, a training program for blind and low vision actors. Sammi has dialect/vocal coached for Netflix, Amazon Prime, 20th Century Fox, and over 60 theatrical productions around Chicago. She holds an MFA with Distinction in Voice Studies from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama for which her dissertation topic was “The Cultural Implications for Actors on American Stages and the Need for Anti-Racist Practices for Vocal Coaches”. Sammi is in her final year of serving as a member of the Junior Board for the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA).
