Stephanie Farina is a Chicago-based sound engineer and musical mixer. She has a BA in Theatre Arts from The University of South Florida. Her most recent project was mixing the innovative Twilight: Gods for Michigan Opera Theatre in Detroit and the Lyric Opera in Chicago. Her regional theatre credits include mixing for 10 seasons at the Goodman Theatre where she was also the head of the audio department. Other regional credits include Lyric Opera of Chicago, Light in the Piazza (Audio 1), West Side Story (Audio 1), Jesus Christ Superstar (Audio 2); Hamilton The Musical (Audio 2 Cover).

Stephanie's design credits include Fannie at the Goodman Theatre (Associate Sound Designer), Forever Plaid at Drury Lane Theatre (Associate Sound Designer), Songs for a New World, Chess the Musical at Illinois Wesleyan University (Sound Designer), Fun Home at Kansas City Reper​tory (Associate Designer), Mamma Mia, 42nd Street, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat at Drury Lane Theatre (Assistant Designer), Hephaestus and Trust at Lookingglass Theatre (Assistant Designer), Good Negro, Venus in Fur (Assistant Designer), and Music Man (Associate Designer) at the Goodman Theatre. Stephanie's pre-Broadway credits include War Paint, Disney's Jungle Book, and Pretty Woman. Her production work includes War Paint (Nederlander Theatre Broadway), and Heart Break Hotel (Broadway Playhouse).

In addition to her theatrical work Stephanie is the Rental Manager at Aria Music Designs, which provides mostly non-profit theatres with affordable audio rentals. Stephanie is a proud Journeymen in the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 2 of Chicago.
