​Kate (K8) (she/her) is a multidimensional artist who illuminates the earthly cosmic presence. K8 grounds her work in experimental conditions, creating from the multitudes within the natural moment. Her primary focus is extrapolating energy in the form of light art. She uses common glassware, H20, prisms, mirrors, and almost anything translucent or reflective to make immersive large-scale ethereal environments and intimately designed reflections on a 2D surface. In visual art, K8 brings the invisible to visibility.
