Theatre School Advising
Advising for Theatre School students is a collaboration between students' assigned faculty advisor and the following administrative staff specializing in the listed areas:
Jason Beck, Assistant Dean, (he/him/his) - jason.beck@depaul.edu - works with students to provide assistance in non-academic areas such as financial aid, scholarships, student housing, student affairs, student services, student organizations, and alumni relations. He serves as the primary liaison to the other university offices in these areas.
Azar Kazemi, Interim Diversity Advisor, (she/her/hers) - akazemi1@depaul.edu - advises students on areas of identity, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Jeanne Williams, Associate Director of Academic Services, (she/her/hers) - jwilli79@depaul.edu - is the primary academic advisor for Theatre School students. She works with students on class selection, registration, minoring, and double majors.

Theatre School Building Access for Fall 2020-2021
Building Hours
While DePaul's is offering classes almost entirely online for Fall quarter, the campus remains open, though with minimized operations and hours. The Theatre School building will be open and accessible to members of The Theatre School community Monday-Friday from 8am-10pm for individual activities. No group activities will be allowed.
Entry Procedures
The entrance to the building will be staffed by Building Receptionists during open hours, however access to the building will require a DePaul ID card to swipe for entry. Also, everyone who enters the building will be required to show they have completed the self-check on the Campus Clear App each time they enter the building. It is encouraged to download and complete the required self-check prior to arriving. Members of the community who cannot access the Campus Clear app will be required to complete a hard copy self-check form at the building reception desk each time they enter the building.
Room & Lab Reservations
Individual activity in The Theatre School building must be scheduled and reserved in advance using The Theatre School Room Reservation System (DePaul login credentials required). It is advised that a reservation be made prior to arrival at the building to ensure space will be available.
