Christopher Boone, an inquisitive fifteen-year-old with an exceptional mind, launches an investigation after finding that his neighbor’s dog, Wellington, has been killed. Christopher goes on a journey of self-discovery as he travels alone for the first time and learns about the true nature of his mother’s whereabouts. Winner of Olivier and Tony Awards, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time explores the complexity and challenges of Christopher’s daily life.

The production team includes scenic design by Steven Abbott, costume design by Lisa Howaniec, lighting design by Kyle Cunningham, sound design by Gabriela Cordovi Rodriguez, technical direction by Xavier Kwong, dramaturgy by Mary Kate O'gara, and stage management by Amanda Blanco & Zach Crewse.
Special Events:
The performances on 5/6 and 5/7 are preview performances, followed by the opening night performance on 5/8. Post-show discussions will follow the performances on 5/10 and 5/15.

Please note that every performance of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time will be a relaxed performance that encourages audiences to enjoy the production in their own way. These performances will have a relaxed environment that allows for noise and movement in the theatre, as well as re-entry throughout the performance. Audience members will be encouraged to utilize items from our sensory accommodation table; earplugs, sunglasses, noise-reduction headphones, and various fidget toys will be available in the lobby. A quiet area with a live feed video of the performance will be curtained off and furnished with comfortable seating. In addition, a sensory guide that includes information about sensory elements and potentially triggering scenes will be available for audience members in advance of the performance.
If you require wheelchair accessible and/or companion seating, or have any other hearing or vision needs, please let us know when you reserve your tickets so that we can make sure you visit to our theatre is an excellent one. Discounted tickets are available for patrons with disabilities, and their guests.
Performances Interpreted in American Sign Language & Assisted Listening Devices:
The performance on 5/14 will be interpreted in American Sign Language.
Audio Description Services:
The performance on 5/17 will be audio-described for audience members who are blind or who have low vision. Patrons who are participating in the audio-described event may also request the program in Braille, large print, and audio formats.
