As the local vegetable market crashes, the Grocers' Trust hatches a plan to cut a shady deal with the opportunistic state senator Didi. But lurking in the wings is a power-hungry gangster, ready to exploit the chaos and seize control of the city. As crime and capitalism collide, the line between leadership and tyranny disappears. In a world where power is performative and justice is for sale, how do we resist the rise of authoritarianism?
