Accessibility Services and Interpreted Performances

If you require wheelchair accessible and/or companion seating, or have any other hearing or vision needs, please let us know when you reserve your tickets so that we can make sure your visit to our theatre is an excellent one. 

Audio Description

Designated performances throughout our season will include a live audio-description of the visual and physical events on-stage for patrons who are blind or have low vision.  Call our Box Office at 773.325.7900. Designated 25-26 Audio-Described performance dates include:

Performances Interpreted in American Sign Language & Assistive Listening Devices

Designated performances throughout our season will be interpreted in American Sign Language. We also offer ListenUp! and Sennheiser personal listening devices for each performance. These assistive listening devices are available free of charge to patrons upon request. Designated 25-26 ASL Interpreted performance dates include:

Sensory Friendly Performances

Sensory friendly performance accommodations include reduced sound and lighting cues and some added light in the house of the theatre to welcome guests with sensory sensitivities.  A social narrative and adapted teacher guide will be available prior to the performance. Designated 25-26 Sensory Friendly performance dates include:
